Tanvik ("we", "our", "us") is a WhatsApp CRM platform operated by Redcloud Technologies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Tanvik platform at app.tanvik.io.
Tanvik connects to WhatsApp's Business API via RML Connect. By using Tanvik, you agree to comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Commerce Policy. Your customers' WhatsApp data is subject to Meta's privacy practices in addition to ours.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. All data transfers use HTTPS encryption. Access to production data is restricted to authorised Tanvik team members only.

You are the data controller for your customers' information stored in Tanvik. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent (opt-in) before messaging them via WhatsApp, as required by WhatsApp's Business Policy and applicable data protection laws.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@tanvik.io. Some data may be retained for legal or billing compliance purposes for up to 7 years.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at support@tanvik.io.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Tanvik after changes means you accept the updated policy.
