Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tanvik platform operated by Redcloud Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By using Tanvik, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Tanvik is a WhatsApp CRM platform that helps businesses manage customer conversations, send broadcast messages, automate follow-ups, and analyse messaging performance. Access to the platform is provided on a subscription basis with additional per-message costs for WhatsApp API usage.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
You may not share your account with other businesses or individuals
You must be at least 18 years old to use Tanvik

3. WhatsApp Business Platform compliance

Tanvik uses WhatsApp's Business API. By using Tanvik to send messages, you agree to comply with:

WhatsApp Business Policy
WhatsApp Commerce Policy
All applicable local laws regarding electronic marketing and data privacy

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have valid opt-in consent from recipients before sending them messages. Violations of WhatsApp's policies may result in your WhatsApp number being restricted or banned by Meta — this is beyond our control and we are not liable for such outcomes.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Tanvik to:

Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to people who haven't opted in
Promote illegal products or services
Send content that is abusive, harassing, or discriminatory
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
Resell or white-label the platform without written permission

5. Billing and wallet

Your Tanvik subscription is billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up
WhatsApp message costs are deducted from your prepaid wallet balance per message sent
Wallet top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law
Failed message deliveries are automatically refunded to your wallet
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

6. Service availability

We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime for the Tanvik platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime caused by WhatsApp/Meta infrastructure, third-party APIs, or force majeure events is outside our control. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

7. Intellectual property

Tanvik and all associated software, design, and content are owned by Redcloud Technologies. You retain ownership of your data (contacts, messages, templates). By using Tanvik, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@tanvik.io. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 90 days unless otherwise required by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redcloud Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tanvik, including losses caused by WhatsApp API outages, message delivery failures, or third-party service interruptions. Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in that month.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Tanvik constitutes acceptance.
